
Commercial Manager - Waste Industry - London and South East, Kent.
£45K-65K Depending on experience, plus benefits and bonus.
Our Client is a highly respected major player in the aggregate waste management sector. Their parent company is a major landowner with transport infrastructure and industrial assets comprising a portfolio worth over £5Billion. They require a proven Commercial Manager to join the management team, drive the company’s entrepreneurial activity forward and fulfill the huge potential in the business.

Our Client requires a dynamic and flexible commercial manager with the ability to convert deals. The management team is currently small but rapidly expanding, so at present the role is split between 60% Commercial, 20% Operational and 20% Business Development.
Experience in hazardous waste treatment, quarrying industry, recycling industry, aggregate waste management or a related field is required.
An understanding of one or more of the following areas is desirable…
EIA permitting
PFI bidding.
PPP bidding
An interest in new technologies with an eye to the future an advantage.

Start date January 2010 or before.
Salary up to £65K, plus car, pension, health care, 23 days holiday and a generous bonus scheme.
