Strategic/Capital Planner

Arlington, VA

Clearance:

Minimum Security Clearance Requirement: US Citizenship Required – Clearable to Secret (S)/DOE L

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Research and provide recommendations for agency IT Policy

· Write, coordinate, and edit agency IT Policy

· Review Federal and DoD IT Policy for applicability to the agency

· Review existing agency policy for changes, deletion, policy gaps, and policy overlap

· Assist in the coordination of the agency IT strategic plan and action plans

· Assist in the development of IT board, working group and team charters

· Coordinate and organize the agency’s Policy Working Group

· Assist in the development of IT management practices

· Research methods to improve agency IT processes

· Assist and maintain agency IT service level agreements

· Extensive knowledge of DoD IT policy and IT management practices



Qualifications:

· Required Secret Clearance

· BS/BA in related field strongly desired

· 3 or more years experience required

· Provide weekly, monthly and escort reports to include task completed, project status and summary reports.
