Business Systems Analyst

Arlington, VA

Clearance:

Minimum Security Clearance Requirement: US Citizenship Required – Clearable to Secret (S)/DOE L

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist in preparation of purchase requirements

· Review Statement of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and requirements documents for formatting, clerical, and grammatical errors

· Enter purchase requirements into automated tracking system

· Track and monitor status of purchase requirements

· Provide updates on purchase requirement status

· Good oral and written communication skills

· In-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations System (DFARs)

· In-depth knowledge of DoD purchasing, acquisition, procurement regulations

· Experience working with Statement of Work (SOW) and Performance Work Statements (PWS)

· Familiarity with Department of Defense budgeting process.

Qualifications:

· Required Secret Clearance

· BS/BA in related field strongly desired

· 3 or more years of experience required

· Provide weekly, monthly and escort reports to include task completed, project status and summary reports.
