Business Case Analyst

Clearance:

Minimum Security Clearance Requirement: US Citizenship Required – Clearable to Secret (S)/DOE L

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Research, recommend, and apply process improvement, reengineering methodologies, and principles to conduct process modernization projects.

· Assists in requirements IT collection projects and processes

· Assist with collecting functional requirement from agency members and coordinates project development with appropriate IT division

· Alternate liaison between agency members and agency IT unit

· Coordinate and maintain agency Information Systems Liaison Working Group

· Assist with the facilitate teams to accomplish project activities and objectives.

· Coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.

· Translate functional requirement into technical solution

· Assist in the development and coordination of the agency IT strategic plan and action plans

· Conducts cost benefit analysis for agency IT requirements

· Conduct annual survey of agency members to identify agency future IT requirements

Qualifications:

· Require Secret Clearance

· BS/BA in related field strongly desired

· 3 or more years experience required

· Provide weekly, monthly and escort reports to include task completed, project status and summary reports.
